Itinerary:
Day 1: Chengdu - Lhasa
Take the morning flight to Lhasa-The holy city in Tibet. Met at the airport & transfer to the hotel. Free in the afternoon.
Day 2: Lhasa
Full-day visits in Lhasa including the Potala Palace, Jorkhang Temple & Barkor Street.
Day 3: Lhasa - Namtso - Lhasa
Namtso, approximately 190km north-west of Lhasa, is the second largest salt-water lake in China.Also ,one of the 3 most significant holy lakes in Tibet. The water is a miraculous shade of turguoise blue and there are magnificent views of the nearby mountains.
Day 4: Lhasa – Gyantse- Shigatse
Drive to Shigatse via Yamdrok Lake –the 3rd most significant holy lake in Tibet. Before get to Shigatse, you will have another visit at Gyantse. Overnight in Shiegatse.
Day 5: Shigatse- Lhasa
Visit Tashilhunpo Monastery in the morning .Then drive back to Lhasa in the afternoon.
Day 6: Lhasa – Chengdu or other destinations
Take the morning flight to Chengdu or other destinations.We wish you a perfect journey!
